Who we are
Invoice & Quote is made and run by TradieNotes Limited, a small software company registered in New Zealand. We build simple tools for people who do the work themselves and would rather be doing it than doing paperwork.
Why it exists
Plenty of people run their business from a notebook, a whiteboard or their head. The job gets done, then the invoice waits until night, when it all has to be typed into a template or an app that charges every month whether you send one invoice or none. We thought the notes should be enough: snap them or say them, check the result, pay for that one document, done.
How we make money
You pay $1.00 for each invoice or quote you keep, or less with a pack. That's it. No subscription, no ads, and we don't sell your information. Your customers pay you directly, so we never take a cut of your money.

Refunds
If you paid and couldn't get your document because of a problem on our side, email us and we'll fix it, give you a credit, or refund you. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. The details are in our terms.
Your information
We keep only what's needed to make your documents and run your account, and you can delete your account yourself any time. See our privacy policy.
